Abstract

The present study aimed to identify the leadership skills of kindergarten and their relationship to their questions pattern from the viewpoint of the teacher in the province of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, and to achieve the objectives of the study were selected sample of kindergarten responded to their parameters by (206) a child of (100) male and (106) than females, so as to respond each parameter on most of three children, was developed two measures are the measure of leadership skills among kindergarten children, and the measure of the types of questions the kindergarten child, were verified scales properties through validity and reliability. Study results that leadership skills are high among kindergarten children and was the highest skills in social communication and team-building, public relations, also found that the pattern of questions is high among kindergarten children came sentiments questions, and questions of analysis, questions imagination in the highest aspects when submitting questions, as demonstrated by the results the study and a positive relationship between the pattern of questions in most styles of possessing leadership skills in kindergarten, and there is no difference in the leadership skills of kindergarten depending on each of the sex and type of school, age group and arrange congenital and level of education of both the father and mother, and based on the results of the study the study recommended It should be catered for activating leadership skills and maintain the children of the kindergarten, and to encourage the family to allow questions, especially physical questions and questions of the study.
